“SeeleFon” for refugees (helpline)

The “SeeleFon” is a nationwide, telephone and electronic self-help service aimed at mentally ill people with migration experience and their relatives. In Arabic, French and English, people have the opportunity to share their mental distress and receive support from trained staff.

Call during the opening times:

Monday to Wednesday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
