Yıl boyunca faaliyet gösteren Tai Chi grubu, havanın sıcak olduğu zamanlarda açık alanda, soğuk olduğu zamanlarda ise derneğin büyük salonunda toplanır ve uzun süredir Tai Chi sporu yapan bir sporcunun rehberliğinde bu yorucu ama aynı zamanda rahatlatıcı sporu yapar.
Bu grup karma bir gruptur – yaş, cinsiyet ve önceki deneyim burada önemli değildir.
