یک گروه تای‌چی فعال در تمام سال که هنگامی که هوا گرم است در فضای بیرونی و هنگامی که هوا سرد است در سالن انجمن گرد هم می‌آید و با راهنمایی یک ورزشکار چندین ساله تای‌چی، این ورزش سخت و همزمان آرام‌بخش را انجام می‌دهد.
این یک گروه متنوع از افراد است و سن، جنسیت و نیز آشنایی قبلی اهمیتی ندارد.
